A/Z Completes Health Sciences Building

A/Z Corporation provided construction administration services for the renovation and expansion of an 85,000 square foot health sciences building at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury, CT.  The two-year $44 million project transformed Founders Hall, the oldest building on campus, into a state-of-the-art learning facility for various programs.

Students will be able to study radiologic technology, nursing and physical therapy with hands-on features that include enhanced x-ray rooms, robotic mannequins, a simulated ambulance, and computer labs.  The building features classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, study areas and a multipurpose room that can accommodate 300 people.

A/Z Corporation has supported many academic facilities over the years and is proud to provide students and faculty with the latest in technology at the highest level of quality.
