Perry is the second generation Chief Executive of A/Z Corporation and currently the sole proprietor. Perry began his career with A/Z in the mid 1980’s in the Electrical Division, obtaining his Master Electrical License in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Perry was appointed Vice President of Technical Services & Operations in the early 1990’s, providing direction for the company’s major projects. In the mid-1990’s, Perry was appointed to the position of President and was instrumental in developing A/Z’s integrated services platform, which included Construction Management and the four Specialty Service Divisions. In 2004, Perry initiated a new business model to enhance client diversification and geographic outreach. This included opening satellite operations and further development of strategic relationships. A/Z’s alliances expanded with several Fortune 1000 firms. Additionally, the strategic plan included the expansion of A/Z’s market share in corporate, life sciences, healthcare, utility, institutional, hospitality, and gaming markets. In addition to his Chief Executive role with A/Z Corporation, Perry is the Principal-in-Charge for Elev8 Consulting, LLC, a professional advisory firm that provides consulting, risk management, and facility management staffing solutions. Perry holds a BSEE from Roger Williams University. Additionally, Perry holds an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) and serves as a Corporator for The William W. Backus Hospital and the Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.
