New Medical Office Building with Marshall Properties

A/Z managed the development of a new medical office building (MOB) for Marshall Properties that encompasses the development of a facility from the ground up on a parcel in East Providence, RI. The MOB is an 80,000+ sf building consisting of four floors and a basement. The MOB will feature a combination of clinical space and offices for the tenants. The building is designed with a cast-in-place foundation, including the basement area. The project is a steel-framed structure with concrete slabs for the floor footprint on each level. The exterior of the building consists of a metal stud-framed wall system with multiple siding finishes. The site itself includes parking for 310 vehicles with approximately 20% of the total developed site area landscaped.
