Pfizer Building 274’s Corridor 1 North underwent a series of renovations at their Groton, CT campus. Within B274, the team reconfigured the lab layout with the construction of masonry walls and the installation of doors, finishes, ductwork/mechanical infrastructure, and electrical work. Logistics and scheduling were crucial components to the success of this project and thus were emphasized throughout the planning and coordination with the client. Building 274 was fully occupied and operational around the areas of work throughout the duration of the construction phase.
