When National Grid decided to relocate the company’s fleet maintenance operations to its site in Sutton, MA, it selected A/Z to provide construction management services for the development of a new complex. The core of the facility is the Operational Support Building, which houses offices, a conference area, touchdown space, locker and shower rooms, and a training/lunch room. The Fleet Maintenance Facility also contains a vehicle maintenance building, a truck canopy, and a storage depot. The facility was designed by Robinson Green Beretta and DiPrete Engineering.
