A/Z managed the development of a new restaurant for The Mohegan Tribe, which has entered into a franchise agreement with Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar. This concept venue is the flagship location out of 15 restaurants planned for the New England Area. The restaurant combines Arooga’s award-winning food and draft beer selection with a host of exciting new features,  including more than 100 large-screen televisions throughout the restaurant and a large outdoor patio and entertainment area featuring fire pits. Restaurant tables feature electronic tablets that will allow diners to participate in trivia and other live events.
