Due to the highly sensitive nature of Pfizer’s Groton research campus, upgrading the high-pressure steam piping needed to be a highly coordinated operation. A/Z installed more than 1,500 linear feet of underground steam piping to create a steam loop with a significantly increased capacity. The loop design allows individual buildings to be shut down for service.
