As construction manager, A/Z oversaw the renovation of varied restaurants and shops bridging Foxwoods’ MGM Grand Hotel to the Grand Pequot Casino. The project, designed by Friedmutter Group and van Zelm Engineers, comprised a luxury retail corridor featuring high-end shops and boutiques including Rolex and Chopard along with the Halo Bar and Lounge within the Grand Pequot Tower. The project’s centerpiece is the atrium, a contemporary, two-story pedestrian space designed with natural materials and an array of plasma screens broadcasting events occurring throughout the property.
Your team did an excellent job. The inspector as well as myself were very happy with their work. They took pride in their work and they worked like professionals, the work was very neat, everything was labeled and their work area was always clean when they left.
