With an update to its Primary Control Center, Eversource now uses the most advanced technology to monitor electrical service for its 500,000 customers. As the Construction Manager, A/Z was responsible for coordinating the installation of redundant electrical feeds, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and HVAC systems. The control room and data center are powered by a complete 2N infrastructure, keeping the facility operational at all times. The S/L/A/M Collaborative and van Zelm Engineers executed the facility’s modernized design.
