🏆A/Z has been awarded the $4.65M HTC & Hematology Oncology Fit-Out project for Connecticut Children’s Hospital in Farmington, CT! The 7,400 SF fit-out will transform the third floor of the Pediatric Urgent Care building, with work beginning November 2026 and wrapping up in July 2027. Another great addition to A/Z’s healthcare portfolio! Congratulations to the team!

While operating a beam line saw, the TM noticed chips had accumulated. TM reached in to clear them with their left hand, resulting in their arm becoming caught between the clamp and vertical upright.
Management failed to ensure compliance with machine operations manual’s safeguard and controls.
