Congratulations to the A/Z team at the B156A 3rd Floor Renovations project for achieving a major milestone–
30,000 hours without a recordable.
The team marked the achievement with a pizza lunch and a safety standdown that included refresher education on scissor lift operation and rescue, PFAS harness and retractable, and JHAs / daily safety plans.

CONSTRUCTION CAREER DAY
Skilled Trades Recruiter Scott Sheehan and Insulation Manager Stephen Helak joined members of Cianbro’s recruiting team at this year’s Construction Career Day in Wallingford CT, hosted by ABC's Connecticut chapter. A record-breaking turnout—over 1,000 students attended the event to learn about opportunities in the construction industry and receive hands-on demonstrations, including how to operate heavy equipment, as encouragement to pursue a career in the trades!

SAFETY WEEK STAND DOWN
To kick off Safety Week last week, Telecom hosted a Toolbox Talk in our new East Hartford office, which is currently being built out with occupancy planned for June. Team members from A/Z Design and our Telecom, Electrical, and Civil self-perform groups attended.
