GOOD CATCH OF THE WEEK
After our team at the Millinocket ED Expansion project received a delivery of Garlock rails and bases, a TM noticed that several of the rails were damaged. The TM did not install the damaged rails and, instead, red-tagged them and kept them out of service.
Remaining diligent and focused can save lives—let's keep up the great work!
Move Your Way: Small Steps, Big Benefits
🚶♂️Just 150 min/week of moderate activity boosts mood, sleep, focus, and lowers stress. 🏋️♀️Add 2 days/week of muscle-strengthening (e.g., lifting, squats). 🕒 Short on time? Even 5 minutes helps—it all adds up. 🗣️ Gauge your activity with the “talk test”: • Talk easily = moderate intensity • Hard to speak = vigorous 🚴♂️ Everyday movement counts—find what works for you. 🥾Physical activity helps control weight, blood pressure, and reduce disease risk.
So get out there, and make some moves!
