GOOD CATCH OF THE WEEK
Two pieces of rebar were found protruding from the ground without protective caps on the Sterling Dry Storage Facility project site in Massachusetts, as a result of recent high winds. A/Z safety team member promptly installed the rebar caps to eliminate the impalement hazard.
High winds can create new hazards. Always inspect the site after severe weather to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
