Cianbro Middlesex Joint Venture
Lock & Ironworks: Provide temporary protection of existing buildings for CMJV demolition of existing train tracks. Mobilizing this month. West Abutment: Provide metal siding, roofing, and door with hardware for track access stairwell. Control House: Provide zinc panels, framing, finishes, Mechanical & Plumbing installation, and roofing for three-story structure to control the bridge. Building structure and concrete will be completed by CMJV. Machine Rooms: Provide zinc panels, framing, finishes, mechanical & plumbing installation, and roofing for Piers 2 and 3, which house the bridge’s lifting machinery. The structure and concrete will be completed by CMJV. Utilities: Connecting plumbing, sewer, and natural gas utilities to the Control House and Machine Rooms. Temp Operator House Demo: Demolition of temporary operator house previously built by A/Z. (C-P-0008)
