Yale MPSA for 1201 Chapel

We are excited to announce that we were recently awarded a new project under the Yale MPSA Program. Valued at over $900,000, the project involves exterior restoration work at 1201 Chapel St. Key highlights include repointing all four chimneys, demolishing and replacing the existing roofing system, and performing essential MEP work, among other upgrades to enhance the building’s performance and longevity.
At the Pfizer Building F IDF Closet Card Readers project in Massachusetts, a subcontractor team member was observed working on the top rung of an 8' step ladder with no fall protection. The situation was promptly addressed, and appropriate corrective action was taken to ensure the work was performed safely and in compliance with requirements.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Speak up and stop unsafe work immediately.
