On the Lonza Midscale Lynx Equipment Storage site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, a team member identified an extension cord missing its grounding prong and promptly corrected the issue.
A missing grounding prong removes a critical layer of protection and increases the risk of shock or fire. Always inspect cords before use, and remove any damaged equipment from service immediately. Small checks prevent serious incidents.
