The Starcon and A/Z team received written notice to proceed from Hatch/USA Rare Earth (USARE) on a 3-phase project expected to generate $200M over the next 3–4 years in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The project will help establish a U.S.-based rare earth magnet supply chain and marks the first project for TCC with Hatch and USARE. Congratulations and thank you to the A/Z, Cianbro, and Starcon teams whose collaboration helped secure this award. Site mobilization begins in the coming weeks, with precon packages due in June.

A team member on the DD2 project site found a heat gun unattended and plugged in but not running. The tool was unplugged and the TM was educated on the importance of always de-energizing tools before leaving them unattended.
