In celebration of Construction Safety Week last week and Mental Health Awareness Month, we were proud to stand alongside leaders from across Connecticut's construction industry at the Memorandum of Understanding Signing Day hosted by the CT AEC Partnership. Organizations throughout the industry ceremonially signed the memorandum to demonstrate a shared commitment to advancing construction safety, mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and substance use support across our workforce.

PROJECT WIN
The P&G Tote Storage Expansion project has officially been awarded to the Cianbro–A/Z team, representing a significant win that reinforces the strength of our collaboration, technical execution, and the value we deliver together at the Tambrands site. The total contract value awarded to Cianbro is $3,164,200, with A/Z Design providing approximately $337,517 in design services. This achievement reflects the collective effort, coordination, and professionalism across both teams, and we look forward to transitioning into execution with a joint on-site kickoff planned for early this week.

During inspection of a baker scaffold, a missing lock pin on the side rail was identified. The subcontractor team member notified the foreman, a replacement lock pin was obtained, and the inspection was completed and signed off prior to use.
