An A/Z CSA TM setting up for demo did not have a face shield/2nd form of eye protection. The site superintendent provided the TM with an appropriate shield to cut metal debris safely.
Performing an action such as cutting metal, should be done with the proper protection. Without the standard face and eye protection, serious injuries could have resulted.
