PROJECT AWARD
🚨 Another win to celebrate this week! A/Z has received notification of the intent to award for the Portland Office Fit-Out project for Corient, with a total bid value of $2.86M! The project includes the fit-out of approximately 13,580 SF on the ninth floor of One City Center in Portland, ME, transforming the space with new architectural finishes, furniture, MEP utilities, and telecommunications systems to support Corient's operations.
During a regular site walk on the Millinocket ED Expansion/Reno project, an A/Z TM noticed a sharp piece of metal attached to a stud that was left over from a recent demolition. The piece of metal was safely and promptly removed.
Stay alert. Spot hazards before they cause injuries.
