We’re excited to announce several organizational changes that strengthen our leadership structure and position A/Z for continued growth. These changes will help us better align our regional operations, self-perform capabilities, client relationships, and strategic pursuits while creating greater connectivity across our teams and The Cianbro Companies (TCC).
While most of these changes will take effect immediately, the leadership transition involving the Southeast and MA / NH / VT regions will occur collaboratively through the end of the year, providing appropriate overlap to ensure continuity and a seamless transition of responsibilities.
Together, these changes reflect our commitment to developing our people, strengthening our client partnerships, and positioning A/Z to capitalize on the opportunities ahead.
Sr. Manager of Self-Perform Estimating
Sr. Director of Strategic Growth & Business Development
Stephanie will lead strategic growth efforts, strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and connecting A/Z and TCC capabilities. She will help drive a more coordinated and proactive approach to growth across TCC.
Nolan will expand his responsibilities to provide oversight across A/Z’s Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA estimating groups. He will strengthen coordination and consistency while integrating self-perform expertise earlier into CM, design-build, and preconstruction pursuits.
Sr. GM - CT / RI Region
Scott will transition to Senior General Manager of Connecticut & Rhode Island, expanding his oversight across both regions. He will focus on regional coordination, self-perform integration, leadership development, strategic pursuits, and key client relationships.
Regional Director - RI
Stephen will transition from Director to Regional Director of Rhode Island, focusing on project execution, team development, client relationships, and expanding A/Z’s presence and opportunities across the state.
GM - CT West Region
Henry will transition to General Manager of the CT West Region. He will focus on regional growth, CM Major Projects, self-perform integration, team development, and project execution.
GM - ME Region
Bruce will serve as General Manager of the ME Region, focusing on regional growth, project execution, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard pursuits, and strengthening client relationships throughout Maine and Northern New England.
GM - MA / NH / VT Region
Chris will serve as General Manager of the MA / NH / VT Region, overseeing regional growth, performance, and connectivity. He will focus on leveraging self-perform capabilities and strengthening the integration of CM and self-perform teams.
GM - Southeast Region
Chris will serve as General Manager of the Southeast Region, focusing on establishing A/Z’s presence in the new market, developing strategic client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Project Manager / Account Manager - GDEB Quonset Point
Director of Field Services - CSA / Account Manager - GDEB Groton
Aimee will transition from PM to Account Manager for GDEB Quonset Point. She will also remain the Project Manager for the Machining Facility, A/Z’s largest project to date, providing continuity of leadership and execution on this significant effort.
Joe will continue as Director of Field Services – CSA while also serving as Account Manager for GDEB Groton. His longstanding client relationships and deep field experience will help strengthen the account, support project teams, and align our self-perform capabilities.
Mack and Adam look forward to working with our teams through these transitions and continuing to build on the momentum across A/Z.
