A team member on the Pfizer Building J UPS 2J Replacement project in Massachusetts identified a hazard when they noticed a fan motor without proper guards in place, exposing the motor belt. The issue was promptly reported so that corrective action could be taken, helping to eliminate the hazard and prevent potential injury.
