Today, we're excited to announce a series of transitions that reflect years of thoughtful planning to support continuity for our team members, clients, and partners.

Adam Duczynski enters the role of A/Z President. Adam has 20+ years of industry experience and, over his 12 years with the company, he has built strong relationships across the organization and helped support A/Z’s continued growth, culture, and operational success.

Mack Susi enters the expanded role of Chief Operations Officer, overseeing project operations across all A/Z regions. With 17 years of experience across The Cianbro Companies, Mack brings a strong record of operational leadership, collaboration, and support for project teams.

After more than 50 years with Cianbro, Charlie will begin a gradual transition toward retirement. As Advisor to the President, he will continue supporting A/Z’s leadership team with the experience, perspective, and team-centered leadership that have shaped his career.
