A/Z Driver Program Updates

A/Z Driver Program Updates

As we continue to integrate our tools and equipment with TCC, our next area of focus is A/Z's vehicle fleet.

In the coming weeks, mechanics from TCC will visit local job sites and offices where they will update all fleet vehicles' asset numbers, registrations, and GPS.

These changes are important for streamlining company operations and allowing us to operate as one team across TCC.

A/Z's Equipment & Fleet group will reach out to you to coordinate this maintenance and minimize impacts to your daily schedule.

While these updates improve the behind-the-scenes administration of our fleet, there are some minor changes for you to be aware of. Read on for more on this.

How do these fleet updates affect you?

While this is largely an administrative change, the primary impact you'll see is that you will no longer receive notifications from Wheels on when to conduct your preventative maintenance.

You'll be emailed a new maintenance package (with the only change being your updated vehicle #). As always, the package outlines your preventative maintenance schedule, and it will be up to you to follow this schedule moving forward.

There are no changes to how you handle maintenance. It will still be done through Wheels, and you can still utilize our mechanic in Ledyard and the Wheels MAP vendors.

Next Steps

Here's a summary of everything we've outlined here:

Our team will reach out to you to coordinate the location and timing of your vehicle update.

You'll receive an updated vehicle maintenance package by email bearing your new vehicle #.

You'll follow the maintenance schedule instead of relying on Wheels notifications.

No changes to where your vehicle is serviced—by our mechanic or a MAP vendor.
