Bryant University’s Bristol House Renovation Complete

When Bryant University needed to renovate and expand its Bristol House student residences, it engaged A/Z to deliver on this fast-track, logistically complex project. The team planned a series of major renovations to the facility, immediately mobilizing once students had vacated for the summer. Restrooms and corridors through the facility were gutted and completely refreshed. The interior lobby, student kitchen, and laundry room were also demolished and refinished. A new steel and glass lobby expansion was built out on the northwest side of the facility, and new landscaping and site lighting were installed at the exterior. The project also included roofing replacements and the installation of a new rooftop air handler. Due to the extensive nature of these renovations, some work was scheduled and effectively coordinated once students returned to school for the fall semester.
