Ready with Pharmacy Clean Room

A/Z specializes in delivering complex projects within sensitive, operational facilities, a skill set that we recently leveraged to build-out a pharmacy clean room in an active healthcare facility.

This project encompassed the transformation of patient care space into a tightly controlled clean area that supports the safe compounding of pharmaceutical ingredients. In addition to reconfiguring the layout of the space, the renovation focused heavily on the mechanical systems necessary for the proper ventilation of this new area. Installations included a rooftop condensing unit as well as piping for waste, hot and domestic water, refrigeration, and humidifier steam.

As patient care continued throughout the course of the project, safety for building occupants was A/Z’s top priority. Our ASHE-certified healthcare experts implemented ICRA Class III infectious controls to maintain a safe environment for health center staff and their high-risk patients.
