Our team constructed a six-story, 104,551 SF, 135-guest-room hotel that includes a first-floor restaurant and bar, and a top-floor lounge overlooking Casco Bay. The hotel is composed entirely of high-end materials and finishes including millwork, flooring, furnishings, HVAC, lighting, and brick exterior with decorative black-framed glazing. The project is nestled on the corner of two major streets in a historic section of downtown Portland, and the site was constricted to an 18-foot surrounding work area.
