Mandara Spa Opens in Sky Tower

A/Z recently completed the comprehensive renovation of the salon and spa operating in the Sky Tower hotel at Mohegan Sun into a Mandara Spa. The work began with the reconfiguration of the entrance into a dramatic entry and focal point. A centralized reception area greets guests to both spa and salon services.

The waiting area features increased retail space, waiting accommodations, and a water feature. Single and couple treatment rooms were fully refreshed and appointed with Mandara Spa brand finishes. These areas are supported by men’s and women’s locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, showers, and relaxation areas.

The salon was reconfigured throughout as well. New styling stations and chairs were added, as well as a shampoo / back bar, and hooded and portable dryer areas. Additionally, the manicure stations were replaced with a new nail bar. The spa’s fitness center was completely renovated; all cardio, strength, and fitness equipment were replaced, as well as floor and wall coverings. This area also features a dramatic, welcoming entryway.
