As A/Z’s President, Adam brings 20 years of construction expertise to his leadership of the company’s operations, growth, and long-term strategic direction. With a strong foundation in preconstruction and extensive experience across technically complex, large-scale work, he brings a practical understanding of how to align planning, execution, and resources to support successful outcomes for clients and project teams.
Adam is focused on strengthening A/Z’s operational performance, advancing regional growth, and ensuring teams have the leadership, systems, and support needed to deliver with consistency, safety, quality, and accountability. His collaborative approach fosters strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams while reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, self-perform excellence, and long-term value. In his role, Adam also plays an important part in mentoring emerging leaders, supporting team member development, and advancing strategies that position A/Z for continued success.

• 20 years of industry experience
• 11-year tenure with A/Z
• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Worcester Polytechnic Institute
• LEED Accredited Professional (AP)
• OSHA 30-Hour Certified
