Brian leverages 35 years of architectural and preconstruction expertise to lead A/Z’s preconstruction initiatives. A licensed architect with a multidisciplinary background, he oversees the company’s bidding and budgeting efforts on large-scale construction management and design-build projects. Brian is also deeply engaged in cultivating strong relationships with A/Z’s clients, subcontractors, and vendor partners, ensuring alignment, trust, and long-term value throughout the preconstruction process.
