Mack Susi
Team Member Overview:
As Chief Operations Officer, Mack oversees A/Z’s regional operations and project execution across all markets. He brings more than 17 years of experience with The Cianbro Companies, having previously held Project Manager and Director positions with Cianbro and R.C. Stevens. This background gives him a deep understanding of field operations, client service, team leadership, and the systems required to deliver complex work safely and successfully.
In his role, Mack works closely with regional leaders and project teams to strengthen operational consistency, support resource planning, and ensure each project has the leadership, tools, and support needed to meet A/Z’s standards for safety, quality, schedule, and performance. He also plays a key role in developing and maintaining client relationships, aligning project delivery with client expectations, and advancing operational strategies that support A/Z’s continued growth. Through his collaborative leadership style, Mack helps connect teams across regions, remove barriers to success, and reinforce a culture of safety, communication, and continuous improvement.
