I just want to let you know that Rich Gaccione and the rest of your crew here (Steve, Jeff, Dave, Bruce) are doing a tremendous job. Rich always tackles whatever I throw at him with not only excellent skill and workmanship but also with a great attitude. The work he completed during the shutdown, specifically the water main meter replacement, was done flawlessly.
