Amgen recently engaged A/Z to provide design services for the renovation of a conference room in Building AR6. Our design team was tasked with planning a comprehensive update to the space that would include new finishes and decor. A/Z’s designers worked closely with Amgen to select new fabric wall coverings; base, wall, and soffit paints; inset carpeting; and a mural for a recessed area above an adjacent cabinetry unit. With potential candidates for each finish identified, our team assembled 3D renderings of the options for the completed space along with finish boards. Once a solution for the space was selected, our preconstruction and estimating team developed a detailed budgetary estimate for the renovations.
