National Grid provides New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island with natural gas and electricity for homes and businesses. A/Z was selected to manage the construction of a new 11,200 sf building in Sterling, MA that supports ongoing electrical power services. This steel-framed structure included systems for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection to house National Grid’s electrical power transmission maintenance vehicles, repair, materials, and office space for personnel.
