An existing pilot plant on Pfizer’s Groton, CT site underwent major renovations in order to convert the area into new laboratory space. The project required extensive selective demolition and reconfiguring of spaces on the first, second, and rooftop levels of the building. A/Z successfully managed the renovations to ensure minimal impact to the sensitive building while maintaining a fast-paced project schedule.
