National HealthCare Associates engaged A/Z to manage the planning and execution of multi-million facility improvements to its Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation. This operational post-acute care facility provides invaluable short-term rehabilitative care following hospitalization or long-term skilled nursing care. A/Z managed the renovations across ten phases each of two wings in order to minimize the impact of the work on the capacity of the center. In the long-term care wing of the facility, our team added a new nursing suite, office areas, single-patient rooms, and a lobby / reception area. A number of existing shared patient rooms in the rehabilitation wing of the facility were also converted to single-patient rooms, and there was some minor office work in this area as well.
