UTC Aerospace Systems’ Engineering Labs engaged A/Z to provide design/build (EPC) services for their Pneumatic Test Cell Laboratory. This area is used for the development and testing of aerospace hardware, including various components of Boeing’s new 787-9 Dreamliner. The project included the construction of three test cell areas used for the simulation of the wind, temperature, and other atmospheric elements that aircraft may experience while cruising at 40,000 feet. The extensive civil, mechanical, and electrical work was completed to meet the rigorous safety standards established by UTC, the state, and the federal government.

The air lab has proven itself as an exceptional facility…I want to thank everyone for their commitment to completing the project, and look forward to working with A/Z in the future.
