Our team was selected to manage the construction of a 52,000 SF, 208-bed facility that brings wraparound services directly to guests, including a dental office; medical clinic; office space for staff and partnering agencies; commercial kitchen and dining area; locker rooms; showers; and an outdoor recreation area. The project achieved LEED Gold certification and was also honored as one of MEREDA’s Top Notable Project Awards.
