The Building 118 North Laboratory Renovation encompassed the entire third floor of a four-story, operational research and development facility. The project included the construction of a high-potency isolation room; a rebuild of the entire mechanical penthouse including the replacement of air handling units, exhaust fans, and system controls for the entire facility; and a laboratory addition above the second floor roof that supported a village of chemistry laboratories with associated technology offices and conference rooms.
