Following the success of the LSPD Labs & Biologics Pilot Plant Project, Genzyme has engaged A/Z and its design partner to continue performing renovations to the 31 NYA facility in support of its biologics operations. This phase of work involved the build-out of two additional laboratory spaces in the active facility that comprises approximately 4,000 SF of space.
