Bryant University and A/Z have collaborated over the past several years to take advantage of the summer months to conduct important facility improvements and maintenance across the campus. For the past several years, we have been engaged to implement major renovations to the campus residence halls over aggressive schedules ahead of each fall semester.

Our team initially conducted architectural, mechanical, and aesthetic modifications to Residence Halls 5, 6, 15, and 16. With this work, Bryant University simultaneously accomplished several goals. The first was to create additional dorm rooms within the existing halls. Additionally, the work updated the appearance and operation of the buildings with a range of modifications and repairs to roofing and mechanical equipment.  Additional work at Residence Hall 16 included the replacement of mechanical rooftop equipment, exhaust fans, boilers, and storage tanks as well as re-roofing the entry.

Our latest engagement involved a series of restroom and corridor renovations at Residence Hall 15. Within this facility, many of the dorm rooms also received new flooring, lighting, and paint as well as new RTUs and exhaust fans. A new roofing system was also installed.
