The project team installed concrete and structural steel supports around seven existing tanks and the two tanker truck unloading areas. The site work for this project also included parking lot reconfiguration and paving. In addition to providing construction management services, A/Z was responsible for performing the design, fabrication, and installation of deluge and nitrogen pilot line piping for the five new deluge zones for the existing tanks and the new unloading stations. The project team also installed new pilot line piping around the four existing ethanol alcohol tanks. Extensive coordination with P&G personnel and the engineering team at Fluor Company ensured the project’s safe, timely execution.
