The Latex Monomer Storage Feed System Project encompassed the demolition and renovation of a section within Building 46K. This project involved the preparation of the concrete floor for placement of the concrete foundations / steel columns that would support the 46 x 55 mezzanine. The mezzanine was constructed to support the tanks for storage and feed of the raw monomer material. A crane pick arrangement and implementation plan was developed in order to set the steel columns and place the vessels into the support structure and for installation of associated equipment for electrical and mechanical services.
