Eastern Connecticut State University’s student center is a campus community hub serving students, staff, and guests. The 90,000 sf center boasts administrative space featuring high-level architectural finishes, a campus bookstore, theater, and fitness center. It is also home to full-service kitchen facilities, for which the project team installed all relevant equipment and electrical and mechanical utilities. The A/Z team provided construction management/administration services for the Department of Public Works and ECSU, working closely with the design team of Svigals and Partners and BVH Integrated Services to maintain budget limitations and schedule milestones.
